TERMS AND CONDITION
- Insurance Policy (if the vehicle is hired)
a)With full Insurance - in case of accident, Renter’s liability wil be NIL if the accident is covered by an immediate police report.
b)Comprehensive Insurance - in case of accident, Renter is lianle for excess amount of AED1500/- and the rental charges for number of days the vehicle is in the garage for accident repairs.
c)With or Without Full Insurance - Renter is liable for all the repair cost and rental charges for number of days the vehicle is in the garage for repairs in case the accident or mishaps not covered by a appropriate police report for insurance claim.
- Mandatory Requirements
Valid Passport & Emirates ID
Valid Driving license issued at least 1 year before the pick-up date.
Valid International Driving license, where applicable, for customers who are on visit visa
- Parking Fee
The renter is responsible for registering their vehicle for paid parking and for all parking charges in relation to the vehicle whilst on hire..
- Rates and Modification
Rates are subject to change if any changes to the booking are made after the date of the reservation confirmation. All prices are payable in UAE Dirhams (AED). Cash and all major credit cards are accepted as means of payment. Advance payment for the whole rental is required prior to collecting the vehicle from the counter.
- Driving Restrictions
The renter is prohibited to use the vehicle under the below conditions and activities:
- When the hirer is under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
- Racing, towing other vehicles, or off-road driving
- Any other activity considered against the UAE law
